Country Pointe built two condo communites in the Smithtown School District. The first was built in 2000 in Nesconset by Middle Country Road near the newly expanded Smith Haven Mall,  and the second was constructed in 2003 and is called Country Pointe at Smithtown North. Country Pointe located by the Smith Haven Mall has several re-sale designs from 1 level ranch styles to 2-story townhouses. Country Pointe North has 2 models that are both townhouse designs, but the larger one has the master bedroom on the main level.

 Both Country Pointe in Nesconset and Country Pointe North include for the enjoyment of all residents a clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts.  Public records show that in 2008 condominiums and townhouses sold in Country Pointe Nesconset from 390,000 to 525,000. In Country Pointe N public records indicates that in  2008 townhouses sold from 514,000 to 550,000.
